Car parking and arrival
Guests and visitors can access the resort from Duchally Road.
At the front of the hotel is a car park with 12 spaces for hotel guests and there is also a designated disabled space. This car park is well lit at night and is directly opposite the hotel main entrance. All lodges have adjacent parking spaces, but they are not specifically allocated.
We operate a 10mph speed limit everywhere on the resort. This is indicated by speed ramps and clear signage.
Main entrance and Reception
Entry to the hotel is through a large wooden door that opens inwards and then through a set of double doors, which also both open inwards to allow wheelchair access to the Reception area and the restaurant.
Reception is on the ground floor and has level access throughout. The floor surface in the main entrance area is covered in parquet flooring with oriental rugs covering some areas.
The area is evenly and well lit with overhead lighting and wall lights.
The Reception desk does not have a lower desk for wheelchair users, but there are alternative spaces within the hotel which can be used for check-in if required.
We have access to a hearing loop at Reception for guests with hearing difficulties.
Please inform the Receptionist at check-in if assistance is required in the event of an evacuation.
If required, we can provide pens and paper from Reception to assist guests.
We are happy to provide a familiarisation tour of the resort upon request.
